Support Weathervane’s next experiment in nonprofit music, recording, and storytelling… 

For Open Sessions Weathervane Founder Brian McTear records new music with exciting artists over two-day recording and mixing sessions (viewers, spectators and supporters are welcome to attend). Working with his partner Amy Morrissey at their studio Miner Street Recordings, Open Sessions brings back many of the inspiring storytelling aspects of Weathervane’s Shaking Through series (2009-19). The songs from Open Sessions are released by Weathervane, and the multitracks, are available to subscribers in our extensive Multitrack Archive.

Weathervane Music is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to create projects that advance independent music and the communities that surround it. All donations to Weathervane Music are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
